Longchamp Product Launch Digital Campaign

Longchamp is a French luxury leather goods company, founded in Paris in 1948.

To promote its newly launched Le Pliage Collection, we created an integrated digital campaign to drive traffic and increase engagement with interactive content. The engagement increased by over 4000% and page likes/followers by over 500%.

 

The major components included:
1. Creative content: A fun Facebook quiz with a personality test 

2. Interactive technology: An automated chatbot to deliver results to participants via inbox

3. Mini-site: The chatbot would direct participants to respective landing pages that promote the brand’s new collection

4. Profile Picture Frame: Make use of the latest trend to increase reach and engagement
